We take great care in preparing your artisanal pieces for their journey from our Ballarat, Victoria warehouse to your home.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $500.
  • Standard Flat Rate: A $15 shipping fee applies to all orders under $500.
  • Note: Free shipping excludes Sale items and our Antique Furniture range.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 business days. We use trusted carriers, including TNT for larger items and Australia Post for smaller parcels.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect:

• • VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT: 3 – 5 business days
  • SA, TAS, NT, WA: 5 – 10 business days

International & New Zealand Orders

WARRANTY

At Ici et Là, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty (for domestic use) on our deckchair frames, director chair frames, and stools. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We invite you to choose your items carefully, as our collection features unique, high-quality textiles and artisanal frames.

  • Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that an item is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
