Material: 100% Natural Cotton, offering an authentic, heavy-weight artisanal weave.

Craftsmanship: Sling expertly sewn in Australia.
Natural Character: Cotton is a living fiber. It will shrink slightly when wet and stretch naturally with use—this is a hallmark of the premium natural fabric and not a defect.

TECHNICAL SPECS & DIMENSIONS:

Sling Fixing: Features our signature traditional dowel-fix system. The fabric is held securely by hidden timber dowels, leaving a clean, seamless finish with no staples or eyelets.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

UV & Elements: To maintain the deep, rich colours of the natural dyes, avoid leaving your cotton slings in the intense sun or rain for prolonged periods. We recommend storing them indoors or under shelter when not in use.
Timber Patina: Left untreated in the elements, premium teak will naturally mature into a beautiful, classic silvery-grey patina. To preserve its original warm, golden hue, simply apply a quality timber wax or clear oil seasonally.
Colour Accuracy: Please note that colours of the fabric may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Frame: Low maintenance. Wipe down occasionally with a damp cloth. To maintain the golden timber tone, treat once a year with a quality timber wax.
Cotton Fabric: If machine washing the sling, soak it in cold water for 24 hours prior to the first wash to set the fibers and minimise shrinkage. Machine wash at 30°C or 40°C using a mild detergent. No bleach and no tumble drying. Air dry only.
