The Timber: Crafted from ethically sourced, high-grade plantation Teak masterfully manufactured in Indonesia. Renowned for its dense grain and natural oils, teak offers unparalleled resistance to the elements, moisture, and natural decay.
Foldaway Design: Exceptionally functional and easy to handle, this classic frame folds completely flat, making it simple to tuck away, move around, or pack for a day by the water.

TECHNICAL SPECS & DIMENSIONS:

Sling Fixing: Features our traditional dowel-fix system. Designed to hold your fabric sling securely using hidden timber dowels, leaving a clean, premium finish with no staples or eyelets.

Frame Only: Please note this listing is for the timber frame only. Fabric slings are sold separately.
Timber Patina: Left untreated in the elements, premium teak will naturally mature into a beautiful, classic silvery-grey patina. To preserve its original warm, golden hue, simply apply a quality timber wax or clear oil seasonally.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Frame: Low maintenance. Wipe down occasionally with a damp cloth to remove dust or salt residue. To maintain the warm timber tone, treat once a year with a quality timber wax.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Due to the size and varying dimensions of our products, we calculate the most cost-effective freight option individually for each order. Simply add your items to your quote list, submit your delivery details, and we'll confirm your exact freight cost — so you only ever pay the real cost, never a flat, inflated fee.


Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. We use trusted carriers for delivery across Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect:

    • VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT: 3 – 5 business days

    • SA, TAS, WA: 5 – 10 business days

    • NT: contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe


International & New Zealand Orders

WARRANTY

At Ici et Là, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty (for domestic use) on our deckchair frames, director chair frames, and stools. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential conditions.

We invite you to choose your items carefully, as our collection features unique, high-quality textiles and artisanal frames.

    • Change of Mind: Please note that as a boutique provider, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
