Unlike synthetic alternatives, these 100% cotton slings offer the soft, breathable touch and vibrant character that only a traditional French weave can provide. Perfect for bringing a burst of Mediterranean colour to your sunroom, veranda, or sheltered garden space.


TECHNICAL SPECS:

Fabric: 100% Natural Cotton
Quality: Authentic French-woven textile; rich "Toiles du Soleil" stripe patterns.
Origin: Woven in France; sewn in Australia.
Design: Stitched pockets at both ends for dowel-fix frames.
Note: Not compatible with eyelet or staple-fix chairs.

Compatibility: These slings are precision-cut specifically for ici et là deckchair frames. If your frame was purchased from another maker, please verify that your existing sling matches our dimensions before ordering.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Exclusions: Fabric sling only. Timber frame and dowels not included.
Natural Fiber: Cotton is a natural material; please expect some stretching during use and slight shrinkage when washed or wet (the fabric will stretch back out once sat in).
Colour: Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

CARE:

Perfect for indoor and sheltered outdoor use.

Sun Protection: As a natural fiber, cotton is sensitive to UV rays. To prevent fading, do not leave your deckchairs out for prolonged periods and store away from direct sun or moonlight.
First Wash: Soak in cold water for 24 hours prior to the first wash to minimise shrinkage.
Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle at 30°C or 40°C with a mild detergent.
Avoid: Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, or tumble dryers. Always air dry.
Routine: Brush off loose debris immediately to prevent staining. For spot cleaning, use a soft brush with mild soap and lukewarm water (37°C).

Due to the size and varying dimensions of our products, we calculate the most cost-effective freight option individually for each order. Simply add your items to your quote list, submit your delivery details, and we'll confirm your exact freight cost — so you only ever pay the real cost, never a flat, inflated fee.


Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. We use trusted carriers for delivery across Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect:

    • VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT: 3 – 5 business days

    • SA, TAS, WA: 5 – 10 business days

    • NT: contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe


International & New Zealand Orders

WARRANTY

At Ici et Là, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty (for domestic use) on our deckchair frames, director chair frames, and stools. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We invite you to choose your items carefully, as our collection features unique, high-quality textiles and artisanal frames.

    • Change of Mind: Please note that as a boutique provider, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

    • Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that an item is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
