FABRIC STORY:

Inspired by 1950s archival designs—when multicoloured stripes were in vogue, especially for espadrilles—this fabric also draws from a London exhibition of painter Tom Phillips, known for his vibrant striped borders. Its design combines a tight stripe rhythm with an explosion of colour, and is named TOM in his honour.

FUNCTION:

An exceptionally versatile fabric ideal for outdoor furniture, cushions, mattresses, and tablecloths. Its strength and 175cm width make it perfect for hanging seating like deck chairs and director's chairs, as well as curtains, luggage, and accessories.

CARE:

Sunbrella fabrics are treated with a protective finish that helps resist dirt. To preserve this, brush off loose debris regularly and clean with a soft brush using mild soap and lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly. Do not use harsh detergents or tumble dry. Allow to air dry and ensure the fabric is fully dry before storing.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. We use trusted carriers for delivery across Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect:

    • VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT: 3 – 5 business days

    • SA, TAS, WA: 5 – 10 business days

WARRANTY

At Ici et Là, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty (for domestic use) on our deckchair frames, director chair frames, and stools. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential conditions.
